How do I terminate an employee?

 
  1. Select Employees from the navigation list.
  2. Choose the employee you wish to terminate from the list.
  3. Select the Terminated option and then enter the date the employee was terminated.
  4. Once complete select Save.

Please Note: When an employee is Terminated, all finger and face enrollments will be deleted. If the employee is rehired, they will be required to be enrolled again. To make a terminated employee active again, simply uncheck the terminated option and save the change.
